There are many different ways to search for products on our site. Primarily the brand name logos at the top of the page will link you to a page that gives you the following multiple search options.

These are:

1. search by BLACK machine models
2. search by COLOUR machine models
3. search by CARTRIDGE part number (for all ink cartridges)
4. search for available new PRINTERS, COPIERS, FAX MACHINES or MULTIFUNCTION DEVICES.

You can also access any particular area of interest directly using our "Select Category" drop down menu on the left of the page under the heading of "Start here".

In addition, there is also the standard website SEARCH box facility where you can type the product code or machine number then click the " GO" button to get the results.

Finally, if you still cannot find what you are looking for, please use the Contact Us form. Maintaining a website with thousands of items requires continuous product updating and management, so there may be times that even though you cannot find your item listed, we may actually stock the item you require.

Should you wish to purchase a new copier, fax, printer or multi function device, use or "I need a new machine" enquiry form.

You have a few options to consider when purchasing from Half Price Toner. You can pay via Direct Credit directly into our Bank account listed on the confirmation email, or we have available our on-line credit card facility through PayPal. This will allow the use of VISA and Master Card purchases with high security but without the need to sign up or have an existing PayPal account.

Our on-line credit card facility is managed through PayPal as there are NO fees to you and it allows us to offer you better prices. Further information can be found here on how to order.

First thing we suggest is try turning off your security system (eg: Norton firewall/anti virus and pop up blockers) as these programs can sometimes be over compensating and block useful content such as the payment communication system which in itself is secure between us and Paypal. Also check with your network administrator for firewall settings on your server.

Quick trouble shooter:

1. Do you have Javascript turned on? (required)

2. Have you allowed Cookies? (required)

3. Are you using the latest browser version? (recommended)

4. Is your Firewall or Virus protection blocking us? (try turning off program and ordering)

Please note: Our shopping cart system has been designed to operate on most browsers but you may find the occassional problem on older versions of Mozilla, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera and others. It is suggested that you first try UPDATING you browser version to overcome any unusual errors. This will also add to the SECURITY of your internet browsing experience in general. 4 easy steps to order

1. click on the brand you wish to order

2. make your selection of machine or cartridge from the lists provided

3. select the quantity of each item you wish to order and 'ADD' to shopping cart.
   Repeat process if you wish to order more products

4. Proceed to Checkout, complete your details and select payment method and place order

You will be sent a verification email on how to pay by credit card on PayPal

• On the left hand side of the PayPal account Click on continue in blue above the credit card logo’s.

• Enter the details of your credit card including your land line number inc std code & click ‘Review and Continue’ in Orange

• Click “Pay Now” in Orange to complete your transaction
