Direct Deposit Instructions

DIRECT DEPOSIT

  1. Please follow the shopping cart and order your goods.

  2. Enter your details as requested.

  3. Once the order is completed you will be sent an information email giving you a total value for your order.

  4. Select “Direct debit” or click on the Direct debit logo.

  5. Please proceed to “Place order” and then “Confirm order”.

  6. Your order is now ready for processing at our warehouse awaiting your payment.

  7. Please deposit the amount indicated on the information email into our bank account which will be given to you on that same email.

  8. NOTE: This may be done physically at a bank or electronically. Please note the direct cash deposits and electronic transfers via internet banking are much quicker and the funds are usually cleared the next business day. Cheques take a minimum of 3 days to clear but may extend out to a week depending on your bank.

  9. You will receive a receipt from your bank. This may be an electronic receipt from internet banking or one provided over the counter.

  10. Please email this receipt to sales@halfpricetoner.com.au by scanning it or,

  11. Fax the receipt to us on 03 9011 9485

  12. We will confirm that we have received of your receipt by return email.

  13. Once the Funds are cleared into our account the goods will be dispatched. (Please take note of the information in 8. "NOTE" above).

The internet is not always a secure method of transmitting information. Accordingly, HalfPriceToner.com.au cannot accept responsibility for the security of information you send to, or receive from us over the internet, by fax or phone, or for any unauthorised access or use of that information.
